Due to the nature of our products as personal care items, we do not accept returns. However, we are committed to ensuring the quality of our products. If you are not satisfied with the quality of your purchase or if the product arrives damaged, we will be happy to offer a refund.

Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at info@vedicora.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds If you are not satisfied with the quality of your product or if it arrives damaged, you may request a refund. To start the process, please contact us at info@vedicora.com within 30 days of receiving your item. We may ask for additional information to verify the issue.

Once your refund is approved, it will be processed, and you will automatically receive the funds via your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Non-Returnable Items Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on personal care products. This includes but is not limited to beauty products. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification.
